The upper-floor frames have been delivered to site and are ready for installation. Driveway poured. Another step forward.
The shared driveway was completed on 25 September 2026. This latest drone footage shows the new concrete accessway alongside the timber framing and upper-floor decks, giving a clear view of construction progress across the site. Filmed on 6 October 2026.
The homes are taking shape
Ground-floor framing is installed and the upper-floor deck is laid. The shared accessway is formed and based, ready for its concrete pour. This dated site record shows the construction stage reported on 20 September 2026.
